Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, no credit card required. You get full access to your plan tier during that period.
What happens when I hit my lead limit?
Captraex warns at 80 percent usage. Once the limit is reached, new capture pauses until the next billing cycle or an upgrade. Existing records remain available.
Do unused leads roll over?
Growth includes one-cycle rollover. Solo and Starter do not roll over. Enterprise rollover terms are set in contract.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly billing has no minimum term.
When does an upgrade take effect?
Upgrades apply immediately. Limits update as soon as the upgrade is completed and billing is prorated for the remainder of the cycle.
What counts as an enrichment token?
A token is used when Captraex retrieves company intelligence or LinkedIn profile data. MX and SMTP verification does not consume tokens.
